With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, my roles have varied from GP Referal, Senior Gym Instructor, Fitness Manager, Consultant Spin Instructor, Cardiac Rehab, qualified in First Aid, Reps Level 3 Advanced Instructor and of course over 5 years experience as a Personal Trainer.

I believe that everyone can benefit from having a Personal Trainer, whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned sports person. Having someone to motivate you and to ensure techniques are applied correctly maximises training efficiency and enables you to achieve your goals.
